    This first contact session at the convention is the chance to make sure not to miss anyone. Producers, as well as equipment and service providers, make sure to book your booth.

  • 8:00 - 12:00 B2B meetings
    Free business-to-business session following the successful format of the Montreal Wood Convention. Companies receive customers in their suites or in the meeting rooms located on the Convention floor at the hotel. Participants make their own arrangements to meet people.

  • 8:00 - 12:00 Match-making session with overseas buyers
    An invitation will be sent out a few weeks before the event to all registered producers, asking them to register for the meetings with buyers attending the convention. The format will be brief 10 minute meetings to gage the potential to work together. A bell will call producers to the next table.


  • 12:00 - 13:30 Lunch

  • 13:30 - 17:00 Contact session in the exhibit hall
    Final session of the convention for interaction in the exhibition area with producers, equipment and service providers' representatives at their booths. Bar opening at 14:30 for refreshments.
